Service Truck Parts Inventory: In 1997 when Aquasense opened sprinkler repair was our specialty. Since 97 we’ve spent every year refining the parts inventory each truck carries in an effort to make sure we have the part you need when we arrive. With a computerized inventory system our trucks are re-stocked weekly, which means unless it’s a special order item we should have the part you need when we arrive. Parts are organized by type and size and packed into portable cases that can be carried to the repair site. Part locations in our repair trucks are standardized so they can be found quickly and efficiently. What this means to you is minimal time is spent searching for the parts needed for your repair.
Specialty Sprinkler Tools: To complete your job as efficiently as possible each of our service trucks comes stocked with over 150 specialty tools used in the sprinkler repair industry. One example is universals sprinkler remotes. This labor saving tool can be used to remotely control 95% of all sprinkler systems. It bypasses your controller and allows us to turn sprinkler zones on and off from anywhere on site literally cutting repair time in half.
Scheduling Window: Unlike many service companies that give a 2 or 4 hour appointment window we give you a specific time. We realize that you might also work for a living and that your time is valuable. If we’re running late or early which occasionally happens, our crew leaders carry cell phones and are supposed to call to let you know. It is important that we have both your work and cell phone number so we can alert you. Because our appointments are set for a specific time, it’s important that enough time is scheduled to complete the repair when appointment is set. Describing in full detail your needs will help us schedule enough time to complete the repair the 1st time out.
