Credit Card Payment Option We have are now partnered with Key Bank and PayTrace to manage our credit card processing gateway. If you are not familiar with PayTrace they provide 2 ways to pay. You can either enter your card data separate for each transaction or you can store your data with PayTrace making future payments go faster. This is how it works – we email your invoice along with the link to the PayTrace’s secure checkout. Either, click on the link or copy and paste into your browser. Once on their site the form collects the data we need to post your payment to the proper account – invoice #, email and site address. The card data is stored on PayTrace’s secure server – Aquasense does not have access to full card data. We do not accept AmX cards. There is a 3% fee that helps to cover some of the costs associated with the convenience of using their system.
Personal checks or on online bill payments: We accept personal checks or Online bill payment at no cost: Most banks provide a service to send out paper checks by mail with a click of a button – no stamps or envelopes are required. Almost all Bank/Financial Institution/Credit Union provides this service. Once a payee has been set up in your account sending a check is as easy as a click of a button.
